# How to Make It:
01 - Cut the Brie wheel into 8 equal wedges, keeping the rind intact to maintain structure.
02 - Place the wedges on a large serving platter forming a triangle/tree shape, with points facing outward and wide ends touching to create layers.
03 - Insert fresh rosemary sprigs between the wedges to resemble pine branches.
