07 - 1 cup classic or roasted garlic hummus
08 - ¼ cup black olives, finely chopped
09 - 2 tablespoons toasted panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if preferred)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

11 - Fresh dill or parsley sprigs
12 - Microgreens (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash, trim, and cut vegetables as indicated, leaving a portion of carrot tops attached to maintain a garden aesthetic.
