01 - 4 large flour tortillas
→ Cheese
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
→ Optional Fillings
04 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
05 - 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
06 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
→ For Serving
07 - Sour cream
08 - Salsa
# How to Make It:
01 - Cut snowflake patterns into two tortillas using a sharp knife or cookie cutter to create decorative tops.
02 - Place the two remaining whole tortillas on a work surface and evenly distribute mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over each, leaving a small border. Add optional fillings if desired.
03 - Top each cheese-covered tortilla with a snowflake-cut tortilla to form the quesadilla.
04 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Transfer one quesadilla carefully to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden and cheese begins melting.
05 - Flip the quesadilla carefully and cook the other side for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is fully melted.
06 - Remove the cooked quesadilla from the skillet and repeat the process with the second quesadilla.
07 - Allow quesadillas to cool slightly, cut into wedges, and serve with sour cream and salsa.
