# How to Make It:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness. Using a maple leaf-shaped cookie cutter approximately 4 inches wide, cut out 8 shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Combine tomato sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Spread a thin layer of the prepared sauce over each dough leaf.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and cheddar evenly over the sauced dough leaves.
- Top with thin slices of red, yellow, and orange bell peppers, red onion, chopped spinach, and corn kernels if using, creating a colorful autumn arrangement.
- Lightly brush the dough edges with olive oil to promote browning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust edges are golden brown.
- Allow pizzas to cool slightly before serving.
