# How to Make It:
- Set the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking.
- In a large ovenproof skillet or casserole dish, warm olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add dried pasta, marinara sauce, water, Italian herbs, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir thoroughly to ensure the pasta is fully submerged.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, cover with foil or a lid, and transfer to the oven. Bake for 25 minutes to cook the pasta through.
- Remove the pan from the oven, gently stir the contents, then evenly dollop ricotta cheese on top and sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Return the dish to the oven uncovered, baking for another 10 minutes until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
- Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley if desired.
