# How to Make It:
01 - Cut both the cheddar and mozzarella into long, even slices shaped like planks.
02 - Choose a rectangular serving board approximately 6 x 4 inches for assembly.
03 - Arrange pretzel rods to form a rectangular outer frame on the board.
04 - Alternate stacking pretzel rods and cheese slices, applying dollops of whipped cream cheese as mortar to secure pieces as needed.
05 - Continue layering until reaching 4 to 5 layers high, ending with a cheese layer.
06 - Use extra cheese slices to create a roof, and add windows or doors with diced red bell pepper.
