# What You'll Need:

→ Truffle Mixture

01 - 36 Oreo cookies (regular, not Double Stuf)
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Coating & Decoration

03 - 12 oz white chocolate or white candy melts
04 - Green gel or oil-based food coloring
05 - Green sprinkles, edible glitter, or gold sugar (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a food processor, pulse Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
03 - Add softened cream cheese to the crumbs and blend until fully combined and smooth.
04 - Scoop out heaping tablespoons of the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on prepared baking sheet.
05 - Freeze the balls for at least 45 minutes, or until firm.
06 - Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
07 - Add green food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix until desired shade is achieved.
08 - Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each truffle ball into the green chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
09 - Immediately top with green sprinkles or edible glitter if desired.
10 - Let the coating set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
11 - Store truffle balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
