# How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 285°F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Combine sesame oil, tamari, maple syrup, sea salt, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- Place a nori sheet shiny side down onto the parchment; brush lightly with the seasoning mixture.
- Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds evenly over the brushed nori sheet.
- Stack additional nori sheets atop, brushing each with seasoning and sprinkling with sesame seeds, finishing with a well-seasoned top layer.
- Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, cut the stacked nori sheets into bite-sized strips or squares.
- Spread the nori pieces evenly on the prepared baking tray, ensuring no overlap.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, monitoring closely to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and allow pieces to cool completely; they will crisp up as they cool.
- Optionally garnish with crushed wasabi peas and chopped green onion before serving or storing in an airtight container.
