Fireworks Brie Tartlets (Print Version)

Creamy Brie and fruit preserves combine with fresh herbs in elegant, easy-to-make tartlets.

# What You'll Need:

→ Pastry

01 - 1 sheet thawed puff pastry

→ Cheese

02 - 150 g (5 oz) Brie cheese, rind removed and cut into 12 cubes

→ Fruit & Toppings

03 - 3 tbsp raspberry or fig preserves
04 - 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives or parsley

→ Garnish

06 - Freshly ground black pepper
07 - 1 tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
02 - Unroll the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups to form tartlet shells.
03 - Place one cube of Brie cheese inside each pastry cup and top with a small spoonful of fruit preserves.
04 - Bake the tartlets for 12 to 15 minutes until the pastry turns golden and the cheese melts.
05 - Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully transfer tartlets to a serving plate.
06 - Sprinkle tartlets with pomegranate seeds, chopped chives or parsley, freshly ground black pepper, and pistachios if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
