Instructions

Step 2:
Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 12 equal squares. Gently press each square into the muffin cups.
Step 3:
Place a cube of Brie in each pastry cup. Top with a small spoonful of preserves.
Step 4:
Bake for 12 15 minutes, or until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
Step 5:
Remove from oven and let cool for 2 3 minutes. Carefully transfer tartlets to a serving platter.
Step 6:
Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, chives or parsley, black pepper, and pistachios if using.
Step 7:
