# How to Make It:
- On a large serving platter, arrange broccoli florets to form the outline of the Grinch's face, leaving space at the top for the Santa hat.
- Fill the inside of the outlined face with an even layer of cucumber rounds and sugar snap peas.
- Use thin strips of green bell pepper and carrot to create the eyebrows, cheekbones, and chin accents.
- Form the Santa hat at the top of the face by arranging cherry tomatoes and red bell pepper slices, then add cauliflower florets as the trim.
- Cut two oval shapes from the yellow bell pepper for the eyes; slice the black olive into small rounds and place them in the center of each yellow oval to form pupils.
- Place a small piece of carrot or a grape tomato to serve as the nose.
- Arrange thin strips of red bell pepper or halves of cherry tomatoes to create the Grinch's mischievous smile.
- Scatter green grapes around the outer edges of the platter to add color and provide extra snacking.
- Present the platter alongside ranch or hummus dip served in small bowls.
