02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

09 - 9 oz green beans, trimmed
10 - 7 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
11 - 1 medium red onion, sliced
12 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
13 - ½ teaspoon salt
14 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Place salmon fillets on one side of the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the lemon-garlic marinade.
04 - In a separate bowl, toss green beans, cherry tomatoes, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Spread the seasoned vegetables on the other side of the baking sheet alongside the salmon.
