# What You'll Need:

→ Cheese

01 - 7 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 0.4 inch thick

→ Vegetables

02 - 16 cherry tomatoes
03 - 16 fresh basil leaves

→ Dressing

04 - 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
05 - 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
06 - Sea salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

08 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh basil (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Using a small star-shaped cookie cutter, cut approximately 16 stars from the mozzarella slices.
02 - Thread one cherry tomato onto each skewer, add a halved basil leaf, and top with a mozzarella star.
03 - Place the assembled skewers on a serving platter.
04 - Drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the skewers; season with salt, pepper, and optional chopped basil.
05 - Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.
