Ingredients

  • Matcha Base: 1 teaspoon high-quality matcha powder, 60 ml (1/4 cup) hot water (not boiling, about 80°C/175°F), 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional, adjust to taste), 180 ml (3/4 cup) milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy, e.g., oat, almond, soy), Ice cubes
  • Protein Foam: 60 ml (1/4 cup) cold milk of choice, 1 scoop (about 15 g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based), 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • Garnish: Pinch of ground cinnamon
