- Protein Foam: 60 ml (1/4 cup) cold milk of choice, 1 scoop (about 15 g) vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based), 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey (optional, for extra sweetness)
- Garnish: Pinch of ground cinnamon
